Information we handle
When you use Jobify AI, we handle account details such as your email address, information you enter into job-search tools, resumes and job descriptions you submit, and application or saved-resume information you choose to store. Stripe processes payments. Jobify AI receives subscription details needed to provide your plan; it does not receive or store your full payment card number.
How we use information
We use information to operate your account, search and display job listings, compare or improve resume content, prepare cover letters and interview practice, save the information you request, process subscriptions, maintain security, and respond to support requests. AI-generated text can be inaccurate; review it before using it.
Service providers
Jobify AI relies on service providers for account authentication and storage (Supabase), hosting and site analytics (Vercel), subscription checkout (Stripe), and AI features (OpenAI). Information needed for a feature may be processed by the provider that supplies it. Their handling is also governed by their own privacy terms.
Storage and deletion
Saved resumes remain in your account until you delete them or ask us to remove them. You can delete a saved resume in the app. To request account or other personal-data deletion, contact adnan1432@gmail.com from your account email. We may retain information required for security, billing records, or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls and service-provider safeguards designed to protect account information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Children and changes
Jobify AI is designed for job seekers and is not intended for children under 13. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above shows when it was last revised.
